By using the RepTracPro website or product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

RepTracPro is a mobile-first field sales platform for territory teams. Features live today are listed at https://reptracpro.com/product. Features on the roadmap are explicitly flagged and are not guaranteed.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

RepTrac’s total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to breach security, no using it for unlawful purposes, no reverse engineering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Customer HIPAA responsibility

Customers storing PHI in RepTracPro must sign a BAA with RepTrac before doing so. Customers are responsible for configuring their workspace and training their users in compliance with HIPAA requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, the specific jurisdiction of which will be finalized by counsel before launch.
