RepTrac (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the RepTracPro marketing website and product at https://reptracpro.com. This stand-in describes what categories of data we collect and how we use them while the formal policy is being finalized.

What we collect

When you submit the demo form, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, and the problem you’re trying to solve. We collect this to respond to your request and nothing else. We do not run cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

Demo submissions are used exclusively to contact you about a product demonstration. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. If you enable Plausible analytics on this site (privacy-friendly, cookie-less), we collect aggregate visitor counts by page.

Data retention

Demo submissions are retained until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@reptrac.com.

BAA availability

For healthcare-adjacent customers, RepTrac can sign a Business Associate Agreement on request. RepTracPro data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is isolated per tenant at the row level.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable window.
